Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@frameling.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will forward it to Paddle for processing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Pricing page by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to Premium features until then.
