Frameling is a language learning platform that provides video-based learning tools with subtitle support. The Service is available in a free tier (limited to 10 minutes per day) and a paid Premium subscription with unlimited access.
The free tier allows up to 10 minutes of video playback per day. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier at any time.
Payments for the Premium subscription are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Frameling does not host, store, or provide any video or subtitle content, with the exception of a sample demonstration video provided for the purpose of demonstrating the Service's functionality. All user-provided video files are loaded locally in the user's browser and are never uploaded to our servers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video, subtitle, or other content you use with the Service complies with applicable copyright laws and licensing agreements. Frameling does not condone the use of copyrighted material without proper authorization from the rights holder.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any content you load into the player.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We will do our best to keep the Service running smoothly and resolve any issues promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frameling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
