Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We may consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the Service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests are generally not granted in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial purchase date.
  • Subscription renewal charges if not canceled before the renewal date.
  • Partial refunds for unused time within an active billing period.

However, we may review exceptional cases at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@frameling.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review your request and, if it meets the conditions above, we will submit it to Paddle for processing. Please note that Paddle makes the final decision on all refund requests. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Pricing page by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to Premium features until then.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
